By using Paisabrix's products, software, services and website (referred to collectively as the "Services"), it is expressly agreed and accepted and understood by you that Paisabrix shall and will confirm and treat the said usage of the Services as acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms") from that point onwards. Further it is duly accepted and agreed upon that pursuant to you having used or agreed to use the services of Paisabrix, you have accepted and consented to abide by the terms and conditions of Paisabrix as detailed herein and wherever required in their services by Paisabrix. It is recommended that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to usage of the services, understand and accept them, and also retain a copy of the same for ready reference, as the same has been duly accepted and agreed upon to be abided by you.
Business Activity of Paisabrix
Paisabrix will be coordinating delivery of loans, credit cards, insurance (life and general) or any other such services to its customers using its web portal. The user data which is furnished to Paisabrix will be utilized by Paisabrix for furtherance of their said services.
Communication & Marketing Consent
By registering on or using the services of Paisabrix, you consent to receive transactional updates, service-related notifications, and marketing/promotional communications from us via WhatsApp, SMS, IVR calls, RCS, and Email on your registered contact details. These communications may include loan offers, updates, reminders, and other relevant financial information. Proprietary Rights
It is hereby duly acknowledged and agreed by you that Paisabrix is the sole and absolute owner of all the legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist or which may subsist in the future in the Services (whether those rights are registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Paisabrix and that you shall not disclose such information without Paisabrix's prior written consent.
Usage of the Website
It is duly hereby acknowledged and agreed upon by you that Paisabrix's website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. The services offered by Paisabrix through the website, of loan, insurance and credit card product options by third parties does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any sponsorship or approval by Paisabrix of the said products and their terms and conditions, including the assurance of the said user being sanctioned or offered the said product and services by the third parties, and does not amount to Paisabrix suggesting or recommending the said third parties or their loan, insurance or credit card products. You further expressly agree that Paisabrix is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information it may obtain from these third parties. Your interaction with any third party accessed through the website is at your own risk, and Paisabrix will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such third parties or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with the third parties.

Additional Terms
Assignment
It is expressly agreed that you shall not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights and obligations which have been assigned or obtained by you under these terms. You further agree that Paisabrix may assign its rights and duties under these Terms without any such assignment being considered a change to the Terms and without any notice to you.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Paisabrix in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any other right, power or privilege. The rights and remedies herein provided shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
Modification
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting notice on the website at least ten (10) days before any modification becomes effective. Usage of the website following the posting of notice of any modification will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your usage. If you object to these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with the website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the website. Other terms and conditions may apply to loans, insurance products or credit cards that you applied for on the website. You will observe these other terms and conditions.
Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of the terms and conditions in such jurisdiction, or the validity, legality or enforceability of these terms and conditions including any such provision, in any other jurisdiction, it being intended that all rights and obligations of Paisabrix hereunder shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with those agreements made a part of these Terms by reference, make up the entire agreement between Paisabrix and you relating to your use of the website, and replace any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of the website.
Applicable Laws
The laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms, as well as your and our observance of them. If you take any legal action relating to your use of the website or these Terms, you agree to file such action only in the courts located in Chennai, India. In any such action or any action we may initiate, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the legal action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney fees. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and that these Terms have the same force and effect as a signed agreement.

By submitting feedback, you confirm that you have no objection to the content of the testimonial and your identity details, including but not limited to your name, designation and the company you work for, being used for business promotion by advertisement, web or such other form of advertising methods and techniques. We will assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future Paisabrix programs. Please do not reveal trade secrets or other confidential information in your messages to Paisabrix. Any and all rights to materials submitted to us become the exclusive property of Paisabrix, to which you hereby consent.
